9.0Die Ferienhäuser ist zentral, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig.
− Haken im Bad für Handtücher sowie ein separater Spiegel (z.B. Kosmetikspiegel) fehlen im Bad. Durch das große Waschbecken ist die Entfernung zum Spiegel für Brillenträger:innen zu weit entfernt.
Mit unserem 8 jährigen Enkelsohn haben wir den Harz erkundet.
8.0Unkompliziertes Einchecken aufgrund Schlüsselbox. Sehr sauber. Zweckmäßig modern eingerichtet. Problemloses freies Parken in der Straße.
− Die Sessel sollten ausgetauscht werden, das Sitzen am Abend nicht recht gemütlich. Eventuell Fliegengitter.

10.0Schöne helle Wohnung, die alles hat, was man braucht. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren vor der Tür. Wir waren in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt.

8.0Die Nähe zur Altstadt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut, dieser hat schnell geantwortet bei Fragen. Genug kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten
− Die Straße ist sehr laut wofür der Vermieter nichts kann. Der Kühlschrank kühlt nur leicht trotz maximaler Stufe.

− Die Aufteilung der Räume ist sehr speziell. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt aus unserer Sicht eher ungeeignet.
