9.0Top-quality accommodation is located in the very centre of San Miniato. Very spacey and comfortable, it offers all the amenities one could reasonably desire.
− The guests should be aware of several flights of stairs to the apartment.

9.0It was just perfect, at least for us. The apartment is large, bright, with a good repair, and looks gorgeous. You will have everything you need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, washing machine, heating and air conditioning. The location is great too, it's in the center of the old town, but there is a large parking lot nearby, a grocery store, restaurants and a pharmacy. If you want to go to other parts of the city, the bus stop is 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment.
− It's not something bad, but it's worth noting: the apartment is on the top floor (obviously), there is no elevator, and the stairs are quite steep, so be prepared to climb with all the suitcases and kids :) Also, for some reason, the place where the house is located is liked by local youth, so you can hear conversations and laughter until late at night. But the bedroom windows face the courtyard, so you'll not hear anything with the door closed.
A perfect place to relax and feel comfortable and at home.
9.0The apartment is very well equipped and spacious. Artists work is displayed in each room, an excellent idea as the host has provided links to their sites. A very well thought out apartment for tourists where you feel comfortable and relaxed. The owners have put a lot of thought into every detail in each room to make it a unique place to stay.
− Nothing! I would make one or two recommendations but these are not criticisms: A bin in the bathroom would be good. A dishwasher would be a plus.
