10.0Molto comodo per chi parcheggia al vicino Riopark. Appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio. Letto comodo. Presente il condizionatore. In omaggio due bottigliette d'acqua fresche. Self check in e check out con spiegazioni chiare.

9.0Posizione ottima perchè vicino al centro ma fuori dal casino dei locali. Appartamento molto pulito e con tutto l'occorrente in cucina Bagno e doccia molto spaziosi e puliti
− Scale ripide ma tipiche della Liguria e del posto Armadio senza cassetti che sarebbero molto utili da sfruttare

9.0Appartement bien rénové et confortable ; notre séjour a été agréable. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire Virginia qui nous a fourni toutes les informations pour visiter les Cinq Terre.
− La rue est bruyante le matin avec les livreurs et nous sommes réveillés de bonne heure. Le prix exorbitant du parking 70€ les 2 jours ; si j’avais su cela lors de la réservation, j’aurais laissé la voiture à La Spezia.
