Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und fühlte mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl
9.0Sehr freundlicher Empfang, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend und komfortabel. Vom Balkon hat mal einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Dom. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet, in wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Sankt Blasien.
Alles in allem ok
5.0Die Betreuerin war sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbar, da sie im gleichen Haus gewohnt hat. Sauberkeit sehr gut, überall in der FeWo waren Duftstäbchen verteilt. Die Kaffeemaschine war neu.
− Das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die Matratzen und Stühle sollten erneuert werden. Der Garten erinnerte an eine Baustelle.
