A complete nightmare

− Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! This was a nightmare of a stay. The property description was completely misleading: the advertisement promised 2 bunk beds, but the owner only provided 2 mattresses on the floor, forcing my children to sleep on the ground. The entire place is poorly maintained, broken, and unhygienic: Kitchen: The sink water tap is completely broken. Water was constantly leaking, clogged, and overflowed onto the floor. Safety Hazard: The balcony sliding door glass is broken, which is incredibly dangerous, especially for families. Bathroom/Layout: A washing machine was dumped right in the refreshing/vanity area, completely blocking the way. Hygiene: The bedsheets were disgusting and yellowish, and we even found live cockroaches crawling on the floor. To top it all off, the host’s customer service is non-existent. When I messaged them asking for local advice and guidance on getting around, they completely ignored my texts. Zero stars. this apartment has NO WIFI. Avoid this place at all costs
