Overall nice cozy place yet some items/issues within needs to be addressed, like the location
6.0Secure method of entry. Plenty of room… Water filter All appliances worked great
− Shower didn’t drain…properly! AC was on a timer so when I got there in evening it was hot. Front door was not weather stripped, allowing smell of smoke/fumes to enter apartment. One of window blinds was missing in kitchen. Extremely Hard water cause glass shower door to collect scum within a week. No lock on master bedroom door! Limited parking in back parking, which needs better lighting after dark. Road leading into the parking spot was horrible, pot holes, broken cement surfaces!!
