− El apartamento se encontraba en el ultimo piso y la ubicacion no es la mejor si andan sin carro ya que está muy adentro, a parte de eso lo que nos incomodó fue que booking mostraba un precio mucho mas barato a lo que costó, no está mal en calidad-precio, pero si tener en cuenta el monto total real a la hora de confirmar la reserva

8.0Propreté exterieur, gentillesse des gardien, tranquillité, pas trop loin de la mer, sécuritaire, propreté des marches d'escalier.
− Saleté des vitres de douche ainsi qu'une vitre de douche cassé et j'amais remplacer alors que le propriétaire a été avisé a notre arrivée,odeur d'eau corrompue dans la salle de lavage avec plein d'accessoires brisé et non utilisable, évier et robinet de salle de bain et évier sale, poêle manque d'entretien au niveau des sortie de gaz probablement un manque de nettoyage et d'entretien, aucun porte poussière. Manque d'entretien général de l'appartement. Lors d'averses l'eau pénétré par la grand fenêtre du salon et propriétaire avisé mais sans réponse. Accessoires de sale de bain mal fixé et pas de micro-onde pour réchauffer nos repas alors que la demande a été fait au propriétaire. Heureusement le propriétaire nous a procurer un refroidisseur d'eau.

7.0The space itself is good and the roof top is nice. Amenities were as described. The grounds were well kept (except main gate) and pools were well maintained.
− The apartment is not up to rental standards. It requires a lot of work and a deep cleaning. The property was flooded and we were unable to use the front entry driveway that takes you to the beach for 7 days. As walkers, this was a HUGE inconvenience.
