Carpet in the bathroom shouldn't be a thing.

Spacious.

− The shower cubicle has a shallow tray, only 1 drainage hole and a poor seal so the carpeted bathroom floor (!) was already wet when we arrived. We stopped using it after 1 partial attempt as overflowing water caused a drip through the kitchen ceiling mid hair wash. After that we showered at the nearest swimming pool 30 mins drive away. There are no instructions for the heating system. The WiFi was dreadfully slow and inadequate even for on line ordering of meals. My phone data allowance was quickly used looking for places to eat, order and map directions.

Excellent location in a really friendly town with a gorgeous backdrop of hills.

The location is fantastic. We had days out in the area - Stirling, Linlithgow, Alloa and Knockhill racing Circuit. Shops and facilities were all handily located.

− A few little gremlins with some of the equipment. We have separately informed the owners (they're not on site).

Handy for a short break

It was what we were looking for- separate bedrooms for 2 teenagers- we booked knowing possible limitations Very handy for our short break so we could visit Falkirk and Stirling on our way further north. Convenient parking across the road Spacious living room and dining area 2 double bedrooms nicely decorated Shower had a good strong flow Massive fridge and freezer with ice machine- boys loved that Walking distance to various take-aways

− Kitchen could do with more mugs, larger glasses and teaspoons - only 4 mugs which means you have to wash up every time you want a coffee WiFi was really poor- didn't manage to connect laptop for whole stay TV on-screen instructions were in Polish No folder of information on coffee table as originally promised Drainage for shower was very slow Single bedroom looks very dated and the desk was old and battered

Perfect location for our stay. Very close to family we were visiting.

The house was warm, welcoming and spacious. I thought the kitchen was a lovely style.

− I think the space was lovely and they’ve obvious spent time and money on the kitchen and shower areas, but there’s some finishing off to be done. For example, in the bathroom; the boiler needs a door, old paint is peeling on the walls, the basin had no plug and the shower cubicle had a gap where the door didn’t quite meet.

Lovely full house with a great location, and very comfortable!

This was basically a full house with 3 bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs, and 2 very comfortable living spaces downstairs along with a toilet and kitchen. The location was fantastic, too, with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and the nearby outlet malls. The parking was also very easy right across the street, and there was no charge for the parking. My family of 4 loved it and we will definitely go back.

− The wireless internet was pretty unreliable as it was hard to connect to and once connected, it would often drop signal for quite a long time. It would also be nice to have better wireless upstairs as it hardly worked at all upstairs. There was also a significant leak from the kitchen tap and no matter what we tried, the faucet would leak.
