8.0Tichá lokalita. Blízko k moři. Parkování v areálu. Majitelka je skvělá. Ráda poradí a rychle reaguje.
− Domluva se sousedy ohledně parkování. Vybavení by mohlo být co se týká kuchyně lepší. Málo vybavení na Italskou kuchyni. Sprchová hadici už dávno vypověděla službu. V domě žádné služby nejsou.

10.0Everything was wonderful. I didn't realise that it had 2 bedrooms; I thought it was a mirrored photo, but yes, two. I was visiting back home, so being near my old Eurospin was great. Just the other side of the Strada Parco. Plenty of room on both terrazze and a beautiful view of the stars - the lights don't pollute the view. A great safe base to see Montesilvano, Pescara, Penne, Loreto ecc.
