10.0Apartamento amplo, arejado, com cara de casa cuidada - sem os improvisos comuns em casas de praia. Conforto térmico nota 1000 - além de fresco, o apartamento conta com ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Colchões confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho de qualidade. Vista incrível, praia de águas calmas e muito familiar. O prédio é super bem localizado, a uma quadra de mercado e shopping e a poucos passos da praia.
− A cozinha é linda e ampla, mas poderia ser mais prática. Panelas anti-aderentes, cafeteira elétrica ou para cápsulas, seriam alguns itens que fariam diferença. O prédio é bastante antigo e, no nosso entender, faz parte do charme de São Vicente. Mas se houvesse uma maneira de "dividir" o único banheiro em dois, aumentaria muito o conforto.
