Very disappointing, felt dirty and uncomfortable staying there.
3.0− The linen was not clean, used linen on the sofa bed where the children were to sleep. Not enough towels for the number of guests booked. Poor quality linen. Large cockroach infestation coming out of linen and towels when moved. No response to any message from host. Dead bugs and cobwebs throughout. End cap missing off aluminium stair handle. Very sharp and dangerous. Only one key provided. Prior booked message mentioned 2 and that there would be charges for missing keys.
