We enjoyed everything. It was clean and cozy. The staff were very polite and helpful. We would especially like to thank you for allowing us to check out at 2:00 PM, as we had to wait for our flight.

Відпочивали 3 дні 21.06-23.06 7 чоловік. Гарні апартаменти,є всі зручності, тераса -це взагалі ,без слів 🔥🔥🔥хороша локація, близько до моря та метро!!! А саме головне гарна та привітна господиня Марія, яка все показала ,розказала, завжди була на зв'язку при необхідності, допомогла з викликом таксі до аеропорту, ну просто умнічка❤️❤️❤️ Щиро дякую за ці неймовірні 3 дні. Успіхів Вам та процвітання ,залюбки повернулась би туди ще раз!!!)))🫶🫶🫶

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area! First of all, a huge thank you to Maria and her son Roberto, who was an exceptional host. They welcomed us warmly and took the time to show us around the entire apartment. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and hospitable, which made us feel at home from the very beginning. The apartment itself is fantastic and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, including a dishwasher, dishwasher tablets, cookware, dishes, and cutlery. We never felt that anything was missing. The bathroom was also well stocked, and there were plenty of cleaning supplies available. Towels and bed linen were provided, and having air conditioning in every room was a huge advantage, especially during the summer. One of the highlights of the property is the enormous terrace, which was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent. The main train station is only about a 10–13 minute walk away, and from there it is very easy to reach either the airport by bus or the center of Rome by metro. The neighborhood is full of bakeries, cafés, ice cream shops, pizzerias, and restaurants, so there are plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner within walking distance. The beach is also only about a 10-minute walk away. Most beach clubs charge for sunbeds and umbrellas, but they are well maintained and comfortable. There are also free beach areas available, although they can get quite dirty. Another great advantage is that there is a luggage storage facility just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and it is open until 9:00 PM, even on Sundays. We found this extremely convenient, as our check-out was in the morning while our flight home was in the evening. Thanks to this service, we were able to leave our luggage safely and enjoy our last day in the area without having to carry our bags around.

Can definitely recommend the apartment for a 4 person family. Clean, spacious and well located

Liked the apartment very much. Our Host, Maria, was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended for families. Close to the sea, a less touristic area of the city, spacious terrace.

Obiekt położony idealnie, w pobliżu markety, restauracje bardzo blisko plaży. Apartament piękny, przestronny czysty. A Pani Maria cud, opiekuńcza na każdym kroku pomocna czuliśmy troskę na każdym kroku Jesteśmy zachwyceni napewno wrócimy!!!! Bardzo bardzo polecamy
