9.0The property is in a great location, especially if you’re planning to visit Whakapapa. The host was lovely, friendly, and very welcoming. I felt a bit bad because we arrived an hour early, as we mistakenly thought check-in was at 2:00 pm. Despite that, she was very kind and accommodating. We had a great stay and would happily recommend this place.
− The only minor issue was that there was noticeable urine smell in the toilet. Other than that, everything else was great

9.0Very comfortable. Appreciated the fact that heating was on when we arrived. Cosy and warm on a cold wet night. Easy to find, communication good. Also great to have washing machine and drier after incident in car with toddler!
