5.0Great location, quiet area and good sized accommodation.
− The apartment we stayed in didn't have a number on the door so we weren't sure which was ours. Before staying I had requested we would need the double bed and sofa bed making which was confirmed however when we arrived the sofa bed wasn't made and there was no extra bedding. They left some the next day however only a duvet and pillow so we were still unable to use the sofa bed. The apartment was clean however there was a musty,damp smell to the apartment and the bedding.
Noisy, distressing, customer service poor.

− Constant noise and disruption from others staying at the property. These were a family housed by the council that had numerous social problems and continued day and night with anti social behaviour.

− Some of the decor could have done with a bit of refurbishment , the apartment is in the centre of North Shields which is convenient but means the external views are a bit grim.
