7.0The location was 5 mins away from our family so it was ideal for us. 2 good sized double bedrooms & spacious bathroom with separate shower cubicle & large bath. Comfortable seating & dining area. Well appointed kitchen with washing up liquid/ washing machine pods provided as well as starter tea/ coffee/ sugar & milk. The apartment block is well maintained in the public areas & was very quiet.
− Bit of a smell in the bathroom at times so possibly a drain issue. The small shower head did not grip the rail to allow you to use properly so some attention needed there although there is a rain shower facility there too. Mattresses were a bit soft for us but that is a personal preference. We didn't realise the apartment was on the 3rd floor & there is no lift. Maybe a fish slice or spatula would be useful as none in the utensil drawer.

Lovely weekend shame about a simple situation

− We reported no bathroom handle as it had fallen off from the previous tenants. They said it's an easy job but never came to do it so we had no privacy. The toilet was situated by the door and we couldn't shut it as we couldn't get out. Not very happy as it was an easy job and had there been a screwdriver would have done it ourselves. Made the weekend very uncomfortable.

− The rugs were not very clean, neighbourhood didn’t feel safe at night A bit on the expensive side for only two people The living room and kitchen look bigger in the photos but the space is a bit small
