9.0Very comfortable and pleasant apartment. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, a nice bathroom, comfy sofa and bed. The neighborhood was peaceful and also a lot of shops are nearby so you can get everything you need. Communication with the host is good, access to the apartment was well explained and easy. Overall positive experience

6.0Flat Top 2 was clean and tidy. Communication with hosts was quick. Easy to reach from train station by bike. Bikes could be easily parked next to the house.
− Overall, it seems that the hosts always chose the cheapest option. Starting with the Microwave, ending with the fact that there are no doors neither to the bedroom nor to the kitchen (livingroom). So there is no option for one person to go to sleep while the other is still watching TV in the kitchen. Anyway, the TV is more or less as big as my PC monitor at home (probably 32 inches, so really useless) and about 3.5 metres away from the sofa which is small and not very comfortable. There are no opaque curtains in neither of the rooms, s.t. with the first sunlight it gets completely bright in the bedroom. The only two blinds are at a window in the kitchen where they are completely useless. The double bed made squeaking noises with every movement. As others wrote: The flat is absolutely not suitable for high summer, because there are only 3 fans and no AC, outside blinds or anything like that. Beginning of June the temperature in the the flat was still a comfortable 23 degrees, though.
