An exceptional stay

This apartment is an absolute gem. Parking space directly infront of the house. The view is simply priceless – a perfect panorama of both mountains and the sea that takes your breath away. The place is incredibly cozy, and although it’s not huge, it has absolutely everything you could wish for. Thoughtfully and lovingly furnished, it’s clear that every detail was considered to make guests feel truly comfy. Nothing is missing – from laundry pods for guests, charcoal for the BBQ, to a wide range of basic supplies that save you from having to buy the little everyday things. The host family has thoughtfully provided a welcome binder full of helpful information and recommendations – both for the apartment itself and the surrounding area. You’ll find local tips, house instructions, and Crete guides, making it easy and enjoyable to explore and settle in. I truly hope that everyone who stays here treats this beautiful place with the same care and love as if it were their own. It’s rare to find a spot like this – peaceful, practical, and full of heart.

It was the best holiday we ever had in Greece. Perfect apartment with really anything you need for a holiday. Beach towels as well as a grill, complete kitchen and best of all a relaxing whirlpool at the second terasse.

This is an exceptional apartment with incredible views of Georgioupoli. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped with a gorgeous balcony. We stayed as a family of 4 (teenage children) for 4 nights at the end of July and it was perfect. There is a shared pool up some steep steps but the pool itself is very good with the same amazing view. You need a car to get around - to the beach, get shopping etc but there is a parking space next to the apartment. There are two local tavernas within a 5 minute walk which are lovely - really friendly, good value and excellent food.

− Nothing we didn’t like about our stay. We had a very relaxing stay. The only thing I would say is that the apartment and pool probably isn’t that suitable for very young children as lots of steep steps.

Our stay at Arbutus was absolutely wonderful. The property boasts a spectacular view that took our breath away every morning and evening. The apartment is beautifully decorated with modern furniture and stylish touches, and it was impeccably clean. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensured a restful stay. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making our visit completely hassle-free. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the charming fishing village of Georgioupolis, which has child friendly beaches, many tavernas and bars and a great selection of shops. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect for relaxation and exploring the surroundings. We enjoyed our 3days holidays with our two boys. We used the BBQ and it was perfect eating under the pergola despite the rainy weather. The hot tub gave us the opportunity to relax, enjoying the view. Totally recommended
