Beautiful apartment close to the beach

The apartment is perfectly located, walking distance from shops, trains and the beach. It is so easy to find your way around. This is also our 2nd time in the apartment, I can highly recommend Saboia Terrace.

Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit sehr viel Flair. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um Ausflüge an die Küste, nach Lissabon oder ins Landesinnere zu unternehmen. Etliche Restaurants in Laufweite. Die Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Ein sehr netter Kontakt.

− Die beiden Bäder waren recht unterschiedlich, das eine sehr groß, das andere eher klein. Wir haben die Zuteilung zwischen zwei Familien dann ausgelost. Da wir unseren Urlaub nicht überwiegend im Badezimmer verbracht haben, war das aber überhaupt kein Problem :-)

The location was excellent and the apartment itself was amazing. A lot of very thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine and Tomas was super responsive, including allowing us to check in earlier. Monte Estoril area is quieter than Cascais and in close proximity to beaches to which you can enjoy beautiful walks, even in November. The whole area is beautiful and the apartment was a welcome haven to return to each night. Hosts also provided restaurant recommendations. Note that you have to walk up two flights of stairs but the terrace apartment was worth it. Street parking was available and a little more challenging for us because we had a large vehicle but we always could find parking.

Overall, I had an excellent stay at Saboia Terrace and plan to return. Estoril (at least in the off-season) is a nice and quiet neighborhood outside of Lisbon. There are enough restaurants and wine bars to meet our needs locally, and the apartment is only a 10 minute walk with a 30 minute tram ride to downtown Lisbon with no train changes. There is a park close by for the kids to play in, with a nice little bar for the adults to get coffee or drinks while the kids play. It's about a 10 minute walk to the seaside with some nice little cafes and a castle. Its probably a 20 minute walk to get to a swimming beach. We had a small issue with our original apartment at Saboia terrace. These things happen and are unavoidable. But, I was able to contact the property owner who immediately picked up the phone, and had someone come over within the hour to fix the problem. When it turned out that the problem wasn't easily fixable, they helped us move into another apartment and in less than an hour we were settled in. Both apartments were clean, stylish, roomy, modern, and well equipped. Beds were comfy. This kind of responsiveness is the reason I will personally try to book an apartment with Saboia Terrace any time I am in Lisbon. The proprietors take their job seriously and are exactly the kind of people you want running a property.

El apartamento es muy grande, ideal para seis personas, muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada y los baños muy limpios. En una zona tranquila y con facilidad para aparcar.

− No tiene ascensor, el portal y la escalera están un poco descuidados. La hora de salida era a las 11.00 y cinco minutos antes ya estaba el equipo de limpieza en la puerta.
