10.0Loved the views - 180 degrees from all windows of the bay and beach. Walking distance beach, bay, coffee, restaurants, shops. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was provided.
− Ice maker and water from fridge were inoperable. Garage was too small for both cars but found ample parking on 10th street.

− All windows leaked, and rain came in almost every window., Dangerous leak in light fixture in bathroom., Kitchen oven would not work. Promised a repair person would come, but never showed up. Smaller space than pictures show. No place to eat, no table.
