5 Nights at Victoria Apartment
9.0Victoria was excellent. She was helpful on arrival, even though we were slightly early. We had a problem with the door lock on the first evening & she arranged for a friend to sort it out within 20 mins. The next day she arranged for a locksmith to change the lock (& the door!). Apartment was exaxtly as described, with a balcony & view over Lake Como. Parking in the grounds a real bonus. Convenient & helpful mini mart just down the road & 2 good restaurants in Vassena. Lake Como ferry also nearby with easy sailings to Bellagio & Lecco. Efficient bus service once an hour.
− Air con struggled with very high temperatures (33°+), but Victoria helpfully provided a fan.

10.0Понравилось все-от встречи до выселения. Наличие кондиционера -дополнительный бонус, потому как жара была невыносимая. Удобная кровать, чистейшая постель, два вида подушек. Прекрасный вид из окна. Есть парковочное место во дворе.

9.0La vue exceptionnelle sur le lac, l'amabilité et la disponibilité de notre hôtesse. L'appartement spacieux et confortable
− La climatisation pas tout à fait optimale qui, malgré les efforts de notre hôtesse, a rendu quelques nuits difficiles

7.0Accueillis par la propriétaire Victoria. L’appartement est confortable avec la vue sur le lac. Il nous a manqué la climatisation. La propriétaire a vite résolu le problème.
Un séjour parfait
9.0Logement situé loin du tumulte de Bellagio . Vue superbe sur le lac . Possibilité de garer sa voiture gratuitement sur place . Communication très facile avec Victoria .
− Les chaises de la salle seraient à changer car un peu compliqué de s'y assoir ( assises faites de sangles )
