7.0Very friendly and accomodating hotel staff - receptionist and the lady host introducing me to the apartment. Clean, spacious, well equipped room with washing machine, nice and well maintained swimming pool.
− Having some trouble with familiarizing myself with tv and wi-fi in the room. When I asked on the phone some middle manager of this establishment for help and guide me through this settings, I got an answer to my e-mail box, that maybe I am not bright enough to operate tv and an Internet. Such answer brought an entire new meaning to the term "customer safisfaction policy" and a simple lack of professional courtesy. Other than this issue, my stay was pretty pleasant, nice swimming pool and the staff of this establishment was very friendly and helpful.
