− Il servizio assistenza, purtroppo fin da subito ho fatto delle segnalazioni che nell’arco del soggiorno non tutte sono state espletate creando dei disagi. Il rumore fastidioso dei motori della piscina con le finestre aperte. Odore sgradevole di fogna in bagno.

Great location and lovely apartment for groups in Playa Paraiso
10.0Very clean, had everything we needed, and just as described (fans in all rooms). Clean pool and tranquil place for a nice holiday. Great location with lovely beaches, Hard Rock Hotel Spa and restaurants nearby.

6.0El apartamento muy moderno ,tranquilo sin ruidos y bien equipado. Fallo el agua que desperdician a diario limpiando con la manguera todas las terrazas comunes y en otras partes de la isla con restricciones por el mal uso que le dan al agua .
− El primer día al llegar pasamos a la piscina y la sorpresa el descontrol con el cloro, toda la gente que estaba en la piscina se quejaba y nosotros incluidos nos ardían los ojos y las estar en la garganta , El apartamento súper bien el único detalle falta de aire acondicionado y unas buenas almohadas
