10.0We came for the second time and it was again fantastic. Absolutely calm and quiet.You cannot live closer to the sea!

8.0Its exactly as you see in the pictures! The ocean is 1m away! Nicolas is an amazing host, who even gave us the keys a lot earlier than the check in time. All the beach equipment was also extremely useful! Also the welcoming food pack was a great touch, not to mention the bottle of wine or the beer. Well done! Playa Quemada is a very small village but the road is very good and its an easy 20’ drive away from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen or even Timanfaya Park or La Geria. We would love to come back, it was a great week.
− The house can be a bit renovated and perhaps a second AC can be installed (providing some fresh air between the middle room and the living room). The nights were getting quite stuffy inside so the only option we had was to put the AC from time to time and it was not enough for the middle room (the other option that we would have loved was to open the 2 windows (but then we got the huge cockroaches from the beach). Also, a bit surprising how crowded the beach in front of the house was during the day (although the beach is quite lengthy so people could have benefited from more secluded spaces than right in front of the house). Finally there are no walls or separation between the neighbours on the common deck, but this was not really a problem at the end, we found out great life stories from the locals .
