− Tremenda puzza di fumo in tutta la casa, servizio igienico datato ma pulito anche se privo del set di cortesia ma parecchi prodotti non nuovi a disposizione, cucina e forno molto sporchi, televisore non funzionante o non sintonizzata.

10.0Tutto!! Appartamento grande con due nelle camere da letto. Condizionatore nuovo, lavastoviglie e lavatrice ottimi. Giardinetto dove mangiare fuori a due passi dal porto ed in mezzo al verde! Vista sulle bellissime montagne di Capraia. TOP
Ottimo soggiorno
9.0Ottima posizione nella zona del porto, in un contesto molto tranquillo e vicino alla maggioranza delle attività di Capraia. Presente area all'aperto per riposo e mangiare. Dotata di tutti i confort e di numerosi posti letto.
− Un piccolo suggerimento un bollitore dell'acqua calda potrebbe essere utile, se era presente non lo abbiamo trovato.
