5.0Overall nice apartment, comfortable bed, kitchen also okay.
− Just be aware that final price in booking is not final, there are some additional payments which not showed in Booking and it’s creating confusion when you receive invoice. There is no cleaning service even if you stay more than 2 weeks, they changed towels only after specifically asking. I hinted that our room needs cleaning and answer was literally “come in the morning, we will show where is mop”, this doesn’t sound too relaxing experience to be honest. Also, we were there during Christmas holidays and everyone was invited to a party (in front of our doors- ironically) but not us, even though they knew we are in the apartment, so I guess if you are not German or recurring client nobody cares too much, just be aware. 2 days wifi didn’t work and owners answer was “I cannot do anything, you are in mountains “, clearly there was a problem with their connection as mobile internet was just fine. I usually do not like to write negative feedbacks but this experience was really not nice, and we left place day earlier…
