9.0Perfect waterside location. Loved sitting on the covered terrace any time of the day, or on a lounger in the garden looking out to the lake and the hills opposite. We hired a boat for a day from a nearby company, kids hired SUPs, we swam in the lake, took a ferry from Lenno to Bellagio, and ate great food whether cooking for ourselves on the BBQ or eating out.
− There's car parking at the villa but transport around can be tricky, little car parking, busy buses and taxis, and the local roads don't have pavements, but that's a general comment on the Lake Como region rather than the villa.
Enjoyed the views and the house.

− Laundry and parking when others were staying at adjacent property (Villa Sasso). Dishwasher pods should be provided for the number of nights booked.

− The walk from house to town was short but no real walkway.
You won't regret staying here. The location can't be beat. Hanging out at the villa was the best!
9.0You can't beat the location! House was very clean and had almost all the amenities one needed. We had a few suggestions to help improve the comfort, but none of them were deal breakers. Having a hot tub was such an added bonus. The contacts with Rentall were very responsive and helpful with every request: cannot fault them at all. We had a phenomenal stay!
− Can't really say anything negative. We gave our suggestions to the concierge to help improve the overall experience, (for example, having a clothes dryer would be helpful for guests having a short stay), but none of them were deal breakers or hindered us having a wonderful time. Being right on Lake Como is a dream.
