− The hot water was tepid. There was no need to use the cold water in the shower and the hot was Luke warm. No heating, cooling in bedrooms which is disappointing. I would not like to sleep here in winter or summer!!!

the location was excellent and the room was very clean
7.0The code sent to me was not the code for the lockbox to retrieve the room key and get into the room. We were lucky the cleaners were on site as i had no idea what my room number was.
− The only thing i could complain about is letting you know by email your room number and the correct code to retrieve your key from the lockbox. Also the couch was very uncomfortable.
