To sum up the property was very clean. You need a small car if you park in the grounds

We did not have B&B. It was a self contained Ground floor apartment. The apartment was suitable for 4 people ( 1 Double and 2 singles in another room) Although there was no A/c in the apartment there were several fans available. There was a bus stop at the road side by the Restaurant that is closed down next door. Bus No 705 every Hour both ways. We used public transport Tickets can be bought on your phone the app AMT and if you use the train like we did to venture in to Genova TrennItalia is the Regio train app 12,40 € to Genova from Cavi reached by bus. I you use the car Easypark App is the was to go for parking

− We had a few issues that the Landlord now knows about ( He did not know before) and so he has said he will act on my suggestions. (ALL THESE ISSUES WERE TINY AND DID NOT AFFECT OUR VACATION) Some of these issues were down to previous guests ie, Knives and forks missing. I must stress that it is not fair to the Landlord when you give a review to not notify him of any problems and then give him a bad review. I told the Landlord up front after our holiday but before we left giving hem time to rectify most of the issues before the next guests. Because there were only 2 of us these issues had no impact at all on our vacation, but with a family of 4 it could give issues. The Onsite will allow only a small car I took my wife's Renault Kangoo short wheelbase because My BMW would never fit in the grounds., Although parking is available close by. We will come back again. even with the issues a 5 Star rating from 1to 5

L’appartamento è pulito, moderno e ben tenuto. La camera matrimoniale è molto spaziosa mentre la cameretta con i due letti singoli è più piccolina, ma adatta comunque per due persone. Il bagno è molto confortevole, con bidet, doccia super funzionante e phon. Nella piccola sala c’è la cucina accessoriata e il tavolo. Non c’è il divano. Lo spazio esterno è cementato, c’è il tavolo con le sedie per mangiare fuori e l’ombrellone. Si può anche parcheggiare la macchina. Noi abbiamo portato la nostra cagnolona, pagando un piccolo sovrapprezzo. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più di tutte è stata la gentilezza e disponibilità di Fabio, con cui abbiamo mantenuto un contatto diretto sia prima, che durante il soggiorno. Ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste/ esigenze. Grazie. Nel complesso è una buona soluzione per soggiorni brevi per chi non vuole spendere un salasso nelle zone centrali di Sestri Levante. È a 10-15 minuti di macchina.

− Personalmente, ho trovato il letto singolo un po’ duro, quindi per me è risultato scomodo. Ho trovato un po’ scomode anche le sedie in sala. Sarebbe stato anche più confortevole avere un piccolo divano per guardare la tv, ma considerando le dimensioni della sala, è impossibile aggiungerlo. Comunque sono piccoli dettagli che non rovineranno la vostra permanenza.
