Good accommodation in the heart of Leamington
7.0Great location close to the centre of Leamington with parking outside the property. Alain is a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome and is on hand for any queries. The property is clean, nicely presented and well equipped. It was great to have tea & coffee provided, and the fresh milk & bottles of water in the fridge were a nice touch too.
− Bathrooms need some hooks or rails to hang towels. My preference would be to have black out curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. Bedside tables are a bit small, and the lamp leaves limited space for personal items.

9.0Great, apartment, Alain our host was fab, communication great, responds straight away. Everything you need in the house, we'll equipped, Internet could be a bit dodgy sometimes, kept going off. Beds were really comfortable 😊 . The cleaner could do with dusting a bit better. Everything you need is in Leamington shop wise etc. My old home town.. if you've never been to the Jephon Gardens in town, we'll worth a visit, my favourite place to go. If you are vegan there is a shop (bakery) 2 doors down from apartment, im not vegan but tried the blueberry and lemon slice, it was yummy. Thank you Alain for our wonderful stay, we will be back.
− Weekends can be noisy at night due to some youngsters coming out of the local pub. But didn't really bother us.
