7.0− Unfortunately there is flock of seagulls nesting on the residential buildings in the area. Stayed here in July and the screeching from the seagulls went on all night at times, frustrating if you happen to be sensitive to noise and are a light sleeper !!

9.0Correu tudo bem, houve um pequeno problema com esquentador que foi reportado e reparado com muita prontidão. A D. Carla foi sempre acessível e prestável. A casa está em excelentes condições e muito bem equipada.

8.0Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und mit Balkon mit Meerblick ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr zentral .
− Da wir im Winter dort waren, war es schwierig die Wohnung zu heißen. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, die aber nicht due ganze Wohnung heißen kann, deswegen waren die Schlafzimmer und das Bad sehr kalt. Mit der Ausstattung waren wir zufrieden, leider war die Waschmaschine kaputt.

− A couple of sockets were pulled out a bit from the wall & some not working .... a electrian is required!! But it didn't stop us having a very comfortable stay. Hopefully I will return

9.0Return visit after 6 years to this lovely apartment. Still as clean and comfortable as before. Beautiful seaview balcony, Netflix on the TV and excellent WiFi. Very private and in a great location near the supermarket. Thanks to Carla for being so welcoming and helpful.
− The external windows and shutters need to be replaced and some electrical sockets fixed. Otherwise it's a 10!
