6.0Posizione buona, tutto comodamente raggiungibile a piedi, appartamento silenzioso e tranquillo immerso nel verde. Gestori presenti e disponibili.
− Esposto a nord e piano terra, molto buio e di conseguenza molto umido. Forte odore di umidità soprattutto negli armadi, praticamente impossibile da mandare via, anche arieggiando. Materassi molto scomodi. Rapporto qualità prezzo nonall'altezza delle aspettative.
