Great value for money, clean and spacious and well located close to the main clubhouse/Restuarant where the wedding
10.0Everything about the property was ideal and the owner matters at the property to make sure we were settled in. The fridge had wine and water in it and he provided towels. Also gave us access to 2 brand-new bikes.
− I imagine the car park might get quite busy in the height of summer. The air-conditioning unit in the lounge made a funny noise from time to time.

Good location/amenities, outdated and poor cleaning condition.
3.0Good location of the apartment. There were plenty of towels, detergents and other products such as toilet paper and coffee. There were extra amenities (beach towels, tennis rackets, bikes, parasol).
− Very poor cleaning of the floor. Walking bare footed for some minutes led to pitch black feet. Also dishes were cleaned below standard. We were traveling with a 3 year old and decided to clean the full apartment upon night of arrival. Poor state of apartment, f.i.: Front door couldn’t be locked with key; leaking air conditioning; one of the bathroom doors couldn’t be closed or locked. Apartment overall in a poor state and in need of a big maintenance. Additionally, although it’s out of control of the apartments’s owner, the neighbour is causing noise violation, with loud tv, hard shouting in the evening and a constant very loud cough while smoking on the balcony.
Our stay was excellent and Ricardo was a fantastic host. The apartment had everything we needed.

− Unfortunately the man next door had a terrible coughing problem which didn’t allow us to be out on the balcony very much. It was quite disruptive as his medical problems were extreme.
