9.0מקום שקט, מרווח, היחידה מחולקת טוב למשפחה עם 2 ילדים. בעלת הדירה מקסימה ומאוד רוצה לעזור בכמה מה שצריך. המטבח מאובזר מצוין, יש גינה וגם טרמפולינה לילדים.
