Stayed for 5 minutes of my 2 night stay! Landlord agreed to full refund (not seen as yet)

− The room hadn’t been cleaned; duvet was unclean- though had been straightened, the odd collection of pillows hadn’t been moved and had the U-shape where the last person had laid their head. I decided to risk peaking under the duvet, which I’d already decided I wasn’t sleeping under. Hair, body fluid etc. Coffee cup stains on tables, pieces of muck all over the floor, a fridge which had been punched to death, dirty bathroom with the last guest’s Lynx shower gel in there. There’s a reason you don’t get a picture of the outside of the property. It’s a very dilapidated council house on a dual carriageway!

− Parking could have been an issue but I was lucky to find a space a little side road before the apartment. Otherwise there was nowhere else to park
