10.0Excellent facility! There was no host - everything was done online with clear instructions to receive key, passcodes, etc. It was hot in May when we travelled and we requested for fan and it was promptly acted on. That made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you!!
− Nothing to dislike really! 1 suggestion - The keypanels outside the main gate - where visitors need to enter passcodes for entry - are unreadable because of the panel color (all silver and shiny). A little inconvenient.

10.0I had a lovely stay in the apartment. The apartment is charming and very well located, with plenty of shops and cafés and within easy walking distance. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the staff was smooth throughout, and everything was well organised from check-in to check-out. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Leamington Spa.

− That you need to pay for the parking eben when the is the bay for each apartment any way I never paid for parking but was free space put sode all day felt was unfair to ask extra 100 pond on top
