Enjoyable and comfortable
9.0The room itself was neat & tidy. View was good and there is a full sized fridge which we utilised to store our drinks. The apartment has two air conditioners which cooled down the room really quickly. After coming home from a days worth of exploring, it was really nice to sit at the balcony and take in the view. Overall, everything was good and i would stay there again.

8.0Easy access to swimming pool and gym. Very helpful to have washing machine & hanging rails. Very helpful management team members with quick response to our queries.

1.0They asking the customer clean the room whereas charging rm50 included in the booking fee.
− The way the owner behaves. And not much facilities provided. Saying No drimg No smoking No durian Then why we go to Penang

1.0Nothing that i like and need lots of improvements.
− - The vibe of the room is not what I was expecting, the design of the room looks run down and old. - The couch is very uncomfortable and shaky. -Television cant be connected. - The room is hot and humit if didn't keep air conditioning on, need to slot in 2 key cards for each aircond to turn on... -When i called and text to agents are slow and cold responsive.
