− Łazienka oraz kuchnia zdecydowanie wymagają odświerzenia. W łazience na suficie grzyb, kamień na bateriach prysznicowych, uszkodzona decka klozetowa. W kuchni działom jeden z 4 palników. Na suficie odstawał fragment elewacji.
