− La vaisselle n est pas à la hauteur du standing de l appartement.

8.0Appartement spacieux et propre avec une jolie vue. Terrasse agréable. Pastille de lave-vaisselle et épices à disposition : c'est appréciable !
− Les équipements dans la cuisine seraient à renouveler : pas de passoire pour les pâtes ni de plat pour le four. Les poêles sont toutes tres abîmées
