Excellent host, closed to shops etc.
7.0Closed to 24 hr laundry, grocer mart (TF value, Econsave etc), peaceful neighbourhood, courteous host, coffee shop etc. It was a last minute booking and host upon confirmed, he call me up for key arrangement. Property was spacious too.
− I guess the property is on going restoration, hence there were some old furniture and some part with cluttered towels etc. For the price, it was already a good bargain. I appreciate the way host promptly responded to the booking. Sliding door may need fixture to enhance safety

− a bit dirty, non organised, i would suggest them to hire an ID to do better or at least to change the outlook of the furniture like colourful cartoon bedsheets,mixed up curtains with stitching and sofas,dining etc
