− Alloggio molto umido, seppur dotato di deumidificatore e climatizzatore. Bagno strettissimo senza box doccia. La porta di ingresso a vetro con una tenda bianca semitrasparente; finestra della camera e del bagno a livello del cortile con tende che non garantiscono la privacy.

− Era praticamente sotto il livello strada, il bagno con una doccia sul pavimento senza piatto doccia e solo una tenda da tirare.
