6.0− Faltaba limpieza en las instalaciones en general, telarañas en muchos sitios, faltaba iluminación, bañera con óxidos y sin tapón, zona de fregaza en la cocina (fregadero) demasiado pequeño (no cabía ni la olla o sartén). Televisión demasiado pequeña y muy alta. Con una alfombra detrás de la puerta que no dejaba abrirla. Y a modo sugerencia pondría un ventilador en esa concretamente pues se acumulaba el calor en exceso.

3.0Nada , creo que no deberían alquilar apartamentos así.
− Suciedad, cama incómoda, alejado de todo, moho en la cortina del baño, tostadora hace saltar el automático de la luz. Antes de la ir llamé en varias ocasiones al dueño para informarme y no me cogió el teléfono.. Almohadas inexistentes, eran cojines. Bañera oxidada. Escasez de utensilios de cocina.

− En ocaciones había olores de desagüe, mucha estantería y poco menaje de cocina, lo muebles de la habitación olían a humedad.
