10.0Appartamento spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che serve (stoviglie, lavatrice). Abbiamo chiesto un lettino per il nostro bimbo piccolo e all'arrivo era pronto a disposizione.
− Ho dovuto chiedere più volte come entrare nell'appartamento tramite messaggistica booking anche se al momento della prenotazione c'era indicato che mi avrebbero scritto un SMS nei giorni precedenti all'arrivo. Quindi fino all'ultimo ho avuto un po' di timore ma poi avute le indicazioni è filato tutto liscio

− Comunicazioni dal proprietario ridotte al minimo: molti dei nostri messaggi non hanno ricevuto risposta. Appartamento al primo piano e raggiungibile solo con le scale. Perdita di acqua da uno dei due condizionatori. Pavimento scricchiolante. Sapevamo che l'appartamento non aveva il parcheggio, ma trovarne uno nelle vicinanze non è stato semplice
