− El trato con el dueño no funcionaba bien el mando del garaje se lo decías y te decía q siguieras intentándolo a veces 10 minutos sin poder salir con el coche lo mismo con el termo.

1.0Het was een mooi appartement
− Bij aankomst was er niemand. Via whatsapp instructies foto's en filmpjes vonden we de sleutel in een openstaande brievenbus. Uiteindelijk hebben we het appartement gevonden en konden we naar binnen. We moesten zelf maar alles uitvinden hoe het zou werken. Helaas deed de TV het niet. Er was geen signaal. Nadat we dit gemeld hadden zou er een technicus ingeschakeld worden. Een dag later nog steeds niemand gezien. Nagevraagd wanner er iemand zou komen. Onze contactpersoon Yevhenii gaf aan het ook niet te weten. Alle dagen geen TV gehad, erg jammer en dat tijdens het Wereld Kampioenschap voetbal. Verder hing de was nog buiten. De handdoeken waren zo hard als een plank en stonken muf. Op de kitranden in de douch zat schimmel. De wasbak zat verstopt. Er was totaal geen contact. Wij zijn eerder weggegaan en hebben de sleutel in het appartement gelaten. Dit hadden wij gemeld maar ook daar kregen wij geen antwoord op. De foto's op Booking zijn echt misleidend.
