8.0Da localização, da vista para a Ria de Vigo, da proximidade a todas as praias da zona, do facto do imóvel estar bem cuidado. O frigorífico existente estava a funcionar mal e de um dia para o outro a proprietária colocou um novo. A mesma foi também bastante prestável na comunicação.
− Achamos que nos dias de maior calor faz falta um ar condicionado. Um aspirador em boas condições de funcionamento também seria uma mais valia. A casa tem dois, mas não funcionam em pleno. As camas individuais do segundo quarto poderiam ser melhores.

9.0Las vistas a la Ría son increíbles. Es suficientemente amplio y está muy limpio. Bajo hay supermercados y farmacias entre otros comercios. El centro y el puerto marítimo están cerca, a unos 5 minutos.
