Annonce erronée: il n'y a pas la climatisation !
6.0L'emplacement est exceptionnel. C'est situé juste au bord du lac dans une zone calme, avec des restaurants intéressants et des points de vue imprenable.
− L'annonce dit qu'il y a la climatisation. Mais ce n'est pas le cas. L'accueil de l'hôte a été un peu tardif et froid. J'ai connu beaucoup plus efficace et plus accueillant.. Globalement je trouve le prix élevé compte tenu du fait que ce n'est pas climatisé et que l'accueil de sa désirer.

9.0Ottima location, gestita da una famiglia di efficienti e gentilissimi proprietari, a due passi dal lungolago in zona tranquilla e piacevole, e al tempo stesso ben servita dalle attività di servizio turistiche

10.0We loved our visit. Casa di Livia is lovelier than the photos suggest and Gianluca was the perfect host. He even rescued us from Bracciano after a tricky journey from the goodness of his heart. We were very comfortable in the spacious, light home and would happily return. We ate twice at the restaurant G suggested and it was great. Thank you, Gianluca!
Goed en fijn verblijf aan lago Bracciano
9.0Zeer volledige accommodatie op uitstekende locatie, dichtbij de boulevard. Ondanks dat we de eigenaar niet 'live' gesproken hebben, was hij heel goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam.
− Het parkeren in de buurt kan moeizaam zijn (vooral omdat er tijdens ons verblijf een grote festiviteit was).
