Overall it was decent to good once we got the Cot to sleep on.
6.0We like the location, great that it was so close to the town centre of Castelfranco.
− We booked for 4 adults, yet this was not an apartment that can house 4 adults. There was 1 bedroom with a queen bed, which was fine for 2 adults, and then there was a sofa bed in the living room, however it wasn’t a full size sofa bed, it could only hold 1 person, so we had to ask for a Cot, and the host Arianna was very kind to bring us a Cot later that day.
For the price charged the host needs to ensure the customer gets value for money.
6.0Location was great. It was clean but older. The host was always reachable and the size of the apartment was big .
− For the price we paid for 4 adults , the sofa bed was very hard and not comfortable. Initially the wifi was not working for several hours. Basic things like WiFi should be seamless.
