Overall it was an okay stay
6.0We enjoyed the Arg pirate bar and grill for causal dinners and to grab a drink. The St Regis itself is a little run down looking and could use some upgrades. The pool is nice for a change when you’re done with the beach for the day. Parking was plentiful
− The condo itself is not very well equipped especially the kitchen. Very little cups plates bowls, anything really to cook with. Furniture is run down and worn. The condo itself was not the cleanest upon our arrival. Sand still all over the floors and in the showers and the towels did not seem the freshest. I even re washed them upon arriving.

Not the best time of year to go. Have been to North Topsail at least 25 times - Summer is better.
6.0We visited during the Christmas weekend. The condo was very nice.
− The resort itself. Parts of it are tired. The 'indoor pool' was an outdoor pool, covered with an awning, and was drained for the season; the coffee shop was closed for the season; the restaurant was closed on the 24th and 25th (as were most of the restaurants on the island for those two days). Thankfully, we had a kitchen.
