Great apartment and well located for a group trip to Newcastle
9.0Well located next to shops and could walk into town, was equipped to cook food
− It was a bit rough and ready but was good for the process and suited what we needed. Bit limited for cleaning products could have supplied sponges / cloth for the kitchen

4.0The beds and bedding were clean. There was plenty of toilet paper
− The apartment was adequate. We were a group of 7 people, luckily reduced from our original number of 10. There were insufficient chairs in the living area (we had to bring in the outdoor seating) and barely enough crockery. There were a lot of minor repair issues; washing machine, no plugs in sinks, fitting for one shower broken, fire door to kitchen broken, 2 of the smoke detectors were without batteries. The kitchen lacked teatowels and oven gloves. The apartment may be suitable for hen and stag parties but not if you wish to do any socialising at the accommodation. It would be wrong to complain about the area as it is where it is but you need to do your research. The place is adequate but not more than that.
