L'appartamento di Clelia è davvero stupendo e offre un panorama mozzafiato. Tuttavia, la mia esperienza con l'host è stata piuttosto deludente. Mio fratello, con il quale viaggiavo insieme a mio figlio, ha prenotato tale appartamento proprio perché aveva due stanze. Pertanto, una volta arrivati, abbiamo scoperto che solo una camera era visibile e abbiamo pensato che il divano letto fosse la seconda stanza e lo abbiamo aperto senza problemi. Dopo un mio messaggio in cui la ringraziavo per l'ospitalità, ma le facevo notare in maniera gentile che è inusuale e un po' invadente che un host chiami più volte durante il soggiorno (abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti), per avere indicazioni sul chiudere bene le zanzariere, per sapere se avevamo trovato l'alloggio e per raccomandarsi di nuovo sulla chiusura delle zanzariere, sottolineando il costo che aveva sostenuto per installarle. Mi ha anche detto di mettere un asciugamano sotto il lenzuolo nell'eventualità che mio figlio facesse pipì, per chiedere di rimettere le chiavi nella keybox e, una volta usciti, essere rassicurata che l'avessi fatto. Insomma, è stata insistente nel suo approccio dal nostro punto di vista. Tuttavia, Clelia ha interpretato le mie osservazioni come mancanza di apprezzamento per la sua “umanità e accoglienza” (parole sue), dandomi un "consiglio sincero" e mandandomi le foto del divano "aperto senza il suo permesso" (ha dato per scontato che due adulti e un bambino in prenotazione dormissero tutti insieme) e dell'immondizia (che tra l'altro avevamo differenziato e lasciato in un angolo, credendo fosse incluso nelle pulizie poiché non specificato e in un residence senza secchioni dell'immondizia), ricevendo critiche per questo e di "non aver acquisito il corretto comportamento che è il codice etico del viaggiatore" (parole della Sig.ra). Il panorama dal terrazzo era davvero bellissima, e il centro si raggiunge a piedi in circa 15 minuti, perfetto per chi ama fare una passeggiata. La salita per tornare è un po’ più faticosa, ma visto che trovare parcheggio è complicato, alla fine va più che bene così.

− Consiglio di sostituire il tappetino in bagno con uno più morbido, così da essere più comodo quando si esce dalla doccia. Metterei anche una tenda sulla terrazza, perché soprattutto al mattino c’è troppo sole e purtroppo non si riesce a godersi la colazione all’aperto.

Super view from the big balcony to the sea and the city and the hills. Nicely decorated flat. Well equipped kitched, except that nothing provided, only what was left from the previous guests. Easy check-in except that was hard to find the apartment. The only one bedroom is very nice, and also the living room

− We booked it as a two bedroom apartment, but in reality it turned out to be only one bedroom. The second “bedroom” is not really a room at all, it is a kind of little space for household items and washing machine etc. There were 2 foldable beds, under one of them we found old tiles and other stored things. The ventilation of the bathroom went directly to this little room. Although there was a window over one bed but you will never open it beacuse under the window there dirty laundry left and a dirty bucket with a mop. You cannot sleep with an open window because the neighbourghs can see you sleeping. There was not even toilet paper, neither other toiletries. The apartment was not really clean, especially the barhroom amd the balcony.

Beautiful apartment. The location was perfect.

− The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work. The owner will be taking care of that .

Great sea view. The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished. The conditioner came in handy.

− The rooms are relatively difficult to find (lack of plan, directions). The washing machine was missing.
