Schönes Appartement in schlechter Lage und einem nicht ganz ehrlichen Vermieter
3.0− Apartment ist nich einfach nur in der Nähe des Flughafens, sondern in der direkten Anflugschneise. Flugzeuglärm teilweise bis nach 1 Uhr nachts und ab 6 Uhr früh. Mehrere Merkmale des Apartments, die angegeben, aber nichts waren und nach erst nach meinem Hinweis rausgenommen wurden. Poolbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen und soll laut anderen Bewohnern der Anlage im Herbst umgebaut werden. Fragen Sie bei der Buchung nach, da man sich nicht sicher sein kann, ob der Vermieter das für relevant halten und angibt. Vermieter, das uneinsichtig ist und auch jetzt sicher so auf meine Bewertung antworten wird. Ich musste mich nach vielen Jahren zum ersten Mal an Booking.com wenden. Wir haben Beweise vorgelegt und entsprechende Erstattung bekommen.

10.0La posizione molto tranquilla ma ben collegata alle zone più turistiche tramite bus o taxi. Piscina riservata ai clienti del villaggio inclusa nel prezzo. Panorama, soprattutto di sera, stupendo. Molto vicina all’aeroporto del SUR DE TENERIFE. La cucina ha tutto ciò che vi serve ed è dotata di microonde, forno, tostapane, spremiagrumi elettrico e lavatrice.
− Nel bagno c’era un po’ odore di fogna a volte ma basta lasciare socchiusa la finestra per ovviare a ciò.

9.0Villetta direttamente affacciata sulla piscina. Ottima posizione con fermata dell’autobus a pochi metri dal villaggio. Zona molto tranquilla, adatta a chi vuole staccare. Ottima comunicazione con i proprietari che sono stati molto disponibili. A presto!

Jól éreztük magunkat, nagy sétákat tettünk a környéken, mindent egybevéve remek hely volt a szállás
9.0Maga az épület, a csendes környék, az apartman helyiségei, az ízléses berendezés, az épület előtti kis kert, a látványos kivilágítás. Néhány lépésre van a medence, amely nem zsúfolt, remekül karbantartott.
